Repeating unhealthy patterns in your life? Do you experience conflicts with intimacy, attachment, or not feeling connected to, or too connected with people around you? You may be unknowingly repeating unhealthy patterns that you have learned throughout life. In therapy I help you explore where these issues manifest, empowering you to address them and move forward, toward a more satisfying future. Men are often reluctant to seek therapy yet suffer from high rates of depression and anxiety. I create a relaxed, contained, and self-paced environment where you can share issues or just simply talk.

I work with young adults, adults and adolescents of all sexual orientations. I have a wide variety of experience including relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transition issues, and ADHD. I am also very familiar with 12-step substance abuse and crystal meth recovery issues. I have 2 graduate degrees. One is a Master of Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. I aslo have a Master of Business Administration from Trinity University in Washington, DC. I am a psychotherapist and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
